Social Media Giveaway Rules (Instagram)
  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Participants must be residents of the United States. Employees of Found Image Press and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. 
  2. How to Enter: 
    1. Follow us on Instagram at @FoundImagePress. 
    2. Like the giveaway post. 
    3. Tag friends in the comments section. Each tag counts as an additional entry. 
    4. Share this post to your Instagram Story and tag @FoundImagePress for two (2) additional entries. 
  3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins and ends on the dates specified in the post. Entries submitted before or after this period are not eligible. 
  4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on the date specified in the post, via an Instagram Story and a direct message to the winner. 
  5. Prize: The winner will receive one (1) Found Image Press 2025 Desk Calendar ($15.95 value) of the winner’s choice. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  6. Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond to our direct message within three (3) days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, another winner will be chosen. 
  7. General Conditions: 
    1. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activities. 
    2. Found Image Press reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for reasons beyond our control. 
  8. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Found Image Press and Instagram from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize. 
  9. Privacy: Participants’ information will be used solely to administer this giveaway and in accordance with Found Image Press's privacy policy. 
  10. Acknowledgment: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you confirm that you release Instagram from any responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use.
