Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not typically offer refunds or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and your experience with Found Image Press. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@foundimage.com, and we’ll provide you with return information. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
